Q - I have been visited by Serve The Process Ltd
Don’t panic! We may have visited for several reasons. The important thing is CONTACT US. The best way is via WhatsApp messenger or Facebook messenger.

Q – Why do you need to check and verify my identity?
A – We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office and respect everyone’s privacy and their data security. Prior to making disclosures or discussing why an agent will have visited you we will first need to confirm your identity. When we speak with you in person our agents may ask for proof of identification such as a driving license, passport or other document which may assist. Alternative methods maybe distinguishing marks or scars for example.

Q - Serve The Process Ltd have told me they wish to serve legal documents. I do not wish to accept them. What are the consequences?
Refusing to accept legal documents does not halt the legal process. In such cases Serve The Process Ltd will:

• Document the refusal, circumstances and any reasons provided.
• Apply for alternative service.
• Proceed with court approval to continue the case.

Q - In have accepted the documents from Serve The Process Ltd however I have just ignored the contents as I am too busy.
A - Ignoring documents does not invalidate them; the legal action continues as if they were successfully served.

• Stay Calm: Remember, this is a standard legal procedure, not a personal attack.
• Read Thoroughly: Review the documents to understand the claims or actions against you.
• Seek Legal Advice: Consult a solicitor to clarify your rights and obligations.
• Respond Promptly: Meet all deadlines to avoid adverse legal outcomes, such as default judgments.
